Hello Again.
I haven't touched this in almost a year.
I haven't had much to say. Well, I have. This whole thing is a remnant of what my life used to be like. It gradually changed over the course of the year. I can't explain it. It just did.
I can at least critique some of my old posts:
1. "Doug and I jammed today for the first time since March. We have a lot of work to do now. We might have a bassist, and we definitely need a singer."
We fufilled one of those tasks. And more. Doug and I might have still been playing under our old name back then - we're called "The Vanguard Effect" now. We recruited a new guitarist; his name is Rob Gray, and he claims his tongue grew back after he bit it off. We also found ourselves a singer. Her name is Hailey Jones, and she is an amazing writer. As far as having a bassist goes, we've been picking random people and having them do that duty. When it comes time to record, I usually fail my way through the bass lines.
2. "Two very huge thunderstorms just passed through here about an hour ago. It was great."
What is the relevance of this? Nothing, other than the date. That would be the day I got to know this girl that I can now call my best friend. Her name is Amanda. If you mess with us, we will kill you.
As far as keeping track of this blog goes, I don't know. I have a podcast, and a website. My friends and I all work on it. Check it out. It'll be big, some day.
